Exchange sims downloading but not appearing in game?

I've had this issue for a long time and I'm wondering if anyone has a solution for it? I've downloaded 20+ sims from the exchange, and they go into the game launcher and I install them and then they g...

Did you check both the household bin and the CAS "premade sims" button?
Only households go into the bin that you access from the world edit view.
"sims" go into the premade sims bin in CAS.
