It is possible that you have an account block in place. May I ask where you have purchased these packs from? If it wasn't from Origin itself or an authorized re-seller, they may not be legitimate and EA has this habit of deactivating previously stolen TS3 games and packs when this is eventually detected. Or there could be a block on your account by mistake, but only EA Customer Support no matter how difficult they may be to reach during the current situation could confirm or do anything to fix that.
