I'm afraid that suggests that these codes/games were not really legitimate, meaning that EA never received payment for them from any party, and EA has probably placed blocks on your account as indicated. This is known as a chargeback scam, meaning the original purchaser (quite likely not the one with whom you transacted business) obtained the codes in bulk then issued a chargeback to get refunds for all of them but went on to re-sell what they had.
Some players have gone a couple of years (or longer) before the account blocks have happened to them on games and packs purchased this way.
