Just a thought for you, I made a note book of my Dexter family 26 generations. It was a lot of fun, You can add anything you want. I had names, who they married, children, either adopted or birthed, date they died, where they died, traits, what they liked, where they live. You can even print out their pictures from birth to death, or just who they are as a adult, You can even takes pictures of their house and town. there is no limit to what you can do I did it in a notebook but I think that this time around, I am going to do it on word and then I just have to print them out and add what I want. I can then put them in a note book binder.
I still go back and look at my Dexter family and i can keep it forever. You can also use office Onenote.
Anyway have fun no matter what you use.
