@LiliasSeras: University, foreign worlds, and the future start out with a number of pre-made sims. But they age and die like any other and get replaced by generated sims. There are some nice faces to be uncovered if you're willing to thumb through Sims Wiki like a totally well-adjusted simmer (ha!)
