@ragus321: this might sound niche but do you have any EA clothes that were enabled for maternity? Specifically the naked top and bottom. OneEuroMutt (who did a lot of maternity defaults) addressed the issue here and it hit me once before because I was lazy with troubleshooting. Hopefully this saves you from having to blast away all your CC.
