Finding bad CC on the launcher?

I have that dreaded vampire that makes baby sims look weird in my game.
I removed all my .ebc files so only the custom content would show up on the launcher and I can't find it.
I found the .package for it in my folder.But I can't find the item on the launcher.
Any other methods of tracking it down?
