First person mod idea for Sims 3

There is no way to show their hands in Sims 3 I noticed (unless they really reach them out like the genie on my previous picture), their body becomes invisible when the camera is too close. The present is visible but not the hands that are holding it, so that's a difference (I can imagine there being situations where the hands being visible would be functional).
Lol, I really like doing this (it sort of touches the 'Ideas for quick game sessions' topic) so if someone has a suggestion, let's try what it looks like in both games and if it's possible :D
