Game crashes while loading and editing lot

Thank you for such a speedy reply! I found a forum post on ModTheSims that says to "Get Nvidia Inspector and turn on the FPS limiter for TS3", would you recommend that I take this route to limit the FPS? Or do you have a method your prefer more?
