Game Crashing after 5 minutes of gameplay (real time) - screen frozen, clock stopped, sims frozen...

Have to go to CTRL-ALT-DEL to Task Manager and shut process down...and this is happening quite often now. I'm figuring that the R5 Integrated Chip is on its way out. EPs (only EP that I don't have ...

#1. I know that the machine is NOT up to specs. And I've been expecting something like this to happen.
#2. Finances are not going to allow an upgrade to a gaming machine AT THIS TIME.

I can only bandage this situation with my desktop which isn't much better though it has a better GHz. speed than this machine.
