Game Crashing after 5 minutes of gameplay (real time) - screen frozen, clock stopped, sims frozen...

Have to go to CTRL-ALT-DEL to Task Manager and shut process down...and this is happening quite often now. I'm figuring that the R5 Integrated Chip is on its way out. EPs (only EP that I don't have ...

Before we call the Grim Reaper over to perform his services on that poor overworked R5 system, I do have to ask what are probably the obvious questions.

-- Does it matter which world/saved games you are playing or does this happen with newly started games as well?
-- What is your RAM usage like upon starting a game session and how high does it get before the crash?
-- Have you done a test run on a clean, no content user game folder (including maybe only NRaas mods or maybe only the critically needed ones)?
