Game Crashing after 5 minutes of gameplay (real time) - screen frozen, clock stopped, sims frozen...

Have to go to CTRL-ALT-DEL to Task Manager and shut process down...and this is happening quite often now. I'm figuring that the R5 Integrated Chip is on its way out. EPs (only EP that I don't have ...

I'm at the main menu screen. GPU usage is still high. Proceeding to "New Game"...just to see what the usage is like and whether it crashes too after a few minutes.
