Game Crashing after 5 minutes of gameplay (real time) - screen frozen, clock stopped, sims frozen...

Have to go to CTRL-ALT-DEL to Task Manager and shut process down...and this is happening quite often now. I'm figuring that the R5 Integrated Chip is on its way out. EPs (only EP that I don't have ...

That actually looks pretty good for a newly started game. Still playable, no crashes? Have you run it long enough to where it would have crashed prior? And were the EPs really in play, RAM usage suggests this is base game only but I can't be sure from the screen shot.
