Testing the Bunker save before saying that the "problem is all fixed..." - Found three TS2 hair packages that were, I believe, the root of the crashing issue with Delphy's Dashboard....and removed them. I'm sure the program was reading those files...trying to make sense of them...couldn't so it crashed. But I'll play the save at least 45 minutes and see if anything else crops up. It appears that the game is much smoother now as far as scrolling and is not prone to lag...which I believe the root cause of that issue too was those TS2 hair packages.
Edit: OK...this time it froze about an hour and a half into playing the game...in real time...
