Sounds about right. My PC isn't as good as yours, so all is even slower than in your tests. Just today, I made a new Sims3 folder and put my store stuff, mods, etc. back in, and it runs okayish for my taste. I still haven't put the cc hairs back, and I know I can't put all of it back in, as there's a threshold where my game gets very laggy. Last time, it was either too many hairs or too many cc worlds that caused the problem.
