I just had a breakthrough. So I'm pulling my hair out trying to decide if I should go full vanilla or not and I decided to try out one last thing to see if it would work, merging my CC.
And low and behold, it worked. My performance is like that of a game without CC/Mods. Honestly shocked, It seems like game performance is based on how many packages are being put through the system, not the size... which I was not aware of.
Regardless, I am at peace now. XD
