@IreneSwift - Yes, anything that involves "script commands" like the two that you stated should not be "merged" because they need to be separated files for the program to read them instead of clumped together in a merged file. So yes, in essence any mods that add interactions should not be merged.
The warning wasn't with any particular member in question. It was just a general warning so that people (who are toying with the idea of merging files to increase game performance) don't get the idea of:
"Oh...merging files is a great idea. If several merged files are good, then ONE big merged file will be even better..."
two hours later?
"WHY ISN'T MY SIMS 3 WORKING!?"
Should I also mention to everyone who is thinking of merging their cc files that... don't MERGE your original files (of cc)... back them up individually in a folder so that if you add more cc, you can make another "merged file" and substitute it later. Always have a separate back-up CC folder of individual cc files on your hard-drive - preferably on an "external" drive so it doesn't clutter up your "free space" on your operational hard-drive/SSD.
