Game stuck on Loading... screen in Edit Town.

I know this might not be the right place for this post, but this forums is more reliable then the Techincal Discussion forum. Okay but anyways, I am turning the Tiny Prodigies Venue into a residential lot from Edit Town mode and I edited the whole exterior of the house and I wanted to save in case a sudden crash happened, so when I clicked the Edit Town button the Loading... screen will come up, but it won't go away! The loading screen is moving, but it won't go away so I can save! I don't want to exit my game because I have edited the whole exterior! I have also tried using the Testingcheatsenabled true method, but when I save it will save forever, and just like the loading screen it won't go away! Thanks in advance if anyone helps me, I just am reluctant to exit my game after all the work I put into this.
