Personally, I would take a picture of the scene without Giant Ant-Man, then take a separate picture of Giant Ant-Man in the pose I want him to be in. Making sure the background of his picture is a bright color that doesn't appear on his clothing. Then, I'd take both pictures into GIMP or Photoshop, isolate Giant Ant-Man, cut and paste him into the scene, and then scale him up to an appropriate size.
