Ah, before I get too far into this thread -
The rules for the fifty foal challenge are here: http://forum.thesims3.com/jforum/posts/list/450566.page I've slightly modified rule #2 because the buy and adoption is so erratic (and that was before I adopted Baconbits!); I do use familyfunds to remove surplus funds when I merge a mare with the family, but I don't use cheats to add money.
