Having accomplished his main task, Everett relaxed for the last day of his trip, tasting nectars (and purchasing items for trying to make his own) and fishing for frogs.
At home, Katie was out with the horses, Wren was in school, and Bonehilda was . . . hard at work?
Everett arrived unexpectedly and sent her back to work. He delivered the antique nectar was promised and came home to discover new faces among the gnome clan. They looked curiously like those that had vanished from the museum in France. :wink:
Wren brought home a permission slip for a field trip to the local toy shop/toy factory. Unfortunately that day it was so heavily overcast it looked like a night-time trip. Still Wren and her classmates took lots of notes. They also got to try out the toy-making equipment and bring home their own personally-made toys.
That night, Elation and Pastelle both grew up into a pair of striking striped zorse mares. Halfway to the goal of fifty resistance carriers!
