I can recommend @Karritz Green Door Bakery. I use it a lot, though I've had to edit it slightly because I don't have all the Store stuff that Karritz has.
You might like some of the lots made by My Sim Realty. I like Barney's Corner Arcade. mysimrealty.com/Sims3_Community_University.html
Not sure if you have Showtime, but I like these 2 because they fit on relatively small lots and combine more than 1 function.
