I wouldn't call it a good CC site, seeing how it violates EA terms of service for Charging for Certain Content.
Not trying to disrespect anyone who does upload to the site, I expect the content there is decent, I just don't believe in paysites.
I've also read things on other sites that TSR engages in.... behaviors that would be considered malicious.

I just posted the link of TSR because it's a known site. Not a lot of very good stuff on there, and it's full of ads and stuff, but...It's big.
