Got a new computer Sims 3 wont let me play

My Sims 3 game keeps crashing . When I'm trying to play. My new computer is a refurbished game computer.It has windows 10.

I have installed all my packs via Origin and have no crashs at all.

Back in 2010 my old PC crashed all the time because TS3 obviously didn't like the AMD graphics card.
