I normally don't play families, so I haven't really had children for a long time, but yes, I do use genetic blending. Most of the time I get unattractive children, because of my love for square jaws and large, interesting noses.
Scarlett- Lira turned out very pretty. I've put a couple of pics in a spoiler below so I don't take the thread too far off topic, because she is actually a very good blend of both parents, which surprised me a lot. She is untouched in CAS except to add lipstick, and she's a teenager in the picture.
