Grim Reaper not showing up

Hey guys! This has happened to me as well and I found a solution,
Use “ Testingcheatsenabled true” and then “trigger age transition” the headstones can be found in the mausoleums

Try searching Grim Reaper won't appear in your search engine. I had this problem and tried many of the solutions but I still had so many problems I had to move my family to a new neighborhood.
I can't remember exactly all the things I tried (I apologize) that is why I suggested the search. One was testingcheatsenabled true, clicking on the Sim (it may be shift/click) and forcing age transition. This does force the Sim to die but the Grim Reaper still won't come.

Also testingcheatsenable true shift/click on the mailbox and force the Grim Reaper to come.

My NPCs would show up a day late (ie. Pizza) or they were greyed out and I couldn't hire them. I do not remember whether this started before or after the Grim Reaper debacle. I tried so many solutions but eventually I moved to a new neighborhood. Perhaps you will have better luck.

Now I am dealing with the jumping mailbox bug and there seems to be no solution. I may take another 2 year Hiatus from the Sims.

Did you one time kill the grim reaper? I think if you kill him he doesn't return?

No I've never killed the Grim Reaper and didn't know you could quite frankly. I've tried all the solutions listed when I searched before I even tried searching for the solution. I've basically given up on that family and Isla Paradiso because I have had so many problems with that neighborhood and have only been able to get through 2 or 3 generations at the most before it gets too buggy to play.

Hopefully this error won't follow me into a new neighborhood and a new family.

I know what you mean I'm on my 4th generation so far so good only their family tree is messed up and their not altogether lol

I was only on my third when I had to move. Then my mailbox began to reset Sims but I have that fixed. Now the adventure sign in WA won't work. I spend more time fixing glitches than playing.
