I'm so glad to hear there are more people with this problem. I created a tread about this a while back but no one with the same problem responded so I assumed I was the only one. Ever since I installed the latest update I've been having this problem. When a sim dies he/she just lies on the floor with mourning sims around him/her and Grimmy never shows up. This then goes on for hours until I decide to quit my game without saving.
I'm planning on contacting EA about this, but I doubt I'll get a useful response.
