HAAAAAAALP ME!
I recently went back to Sims 3 and I downloaded all of my store content...then when I launch my launcher...my store items (including worlds I PAID FOR) is GOOOONE!
Help me figure this stuff out!!

- You would need to be more specific if you want help. Are you using windows or mac, steam or origin ? You say you downloaded the items, did you install them ? What do you see in the download and install tabs on the launcher ?
- If you download store content with the game running it should probably install. If it hasn’tl installed you’ll need to put it in the Downloads folder that’s in your Documents | The Sims 3 folder. Then use the launcher to install it.
