How do you check that in CAS while playing in the household? I just told him to change appearance at the mirror and first tried unchecking the hair he age transitioned with to another one and then put it back to the original one but it still showed the white on it. Then I tried resetting his hair color from the mirror and the white went off briefly but it seems that as soon as he changed his clothes that weird white color came back onto his hair. It's not just a little bit on the bottom tips of the hair but kind of a wide strip of it that goes around his head but not on the top of the head. It's not the biggest deal as far as glitches go as there are a lot worse glitches to have in the game than that but it does look as little weird.
