Happened in my game today.

I have maids and mail carriers go straight for the front yard pool too (and the juice keg if there is one on the lot). Usually the maids have completed their tasks though (except for the beds). In my current game I used NRaas Retuner to extend the time maids and mail carriers will stay on the lot after they are done and they'll usually just swim until they leave. The university maid will usually get on the computer if it's winter.

I don't recall seeing them change out of their work clothes when leaving immediately though. That's a new one for me.
