Have you ever played (long term) in a custom world?

I'm interested to see how many people have played longer term in a player made world (ie having your main save in that world for more than a day), and if so which world was it and did you populate it ...

I have, but it has been a while. Towards the end before I started playing 4 seriously I was finally able to get CAW working and made my own custom worlds. They had more of my personality if you will and I designed every detail about them. I loved that. I need to get CAW back now that I am playing 3 again.
