Have you moved your Sims between worlds?

I have moved my sims numerous times to different worlds. It’s quite easy. Just save everyone to the bin, start a new save and put them into the world again. Making sure all career buildings are there before you do. Relationships I repair now using Mastercontroller.

I am planning to play a straying sim and for him I’m going to install Traveler. But even without the mod I think Sims 3 is very friendly where it comes to changing worlds, thanks to the bin system (preserving all their inventory and progression).
