Have you moved your Sims between worlds?

I looked at in my game today too, and when you open "Bonus" it says it's to add a delta adjustment for the 's job bonus hourly wage. So it's just calling the extra raises bonuses, probably because they are in addition to the raises they get for promotions. They're raises you get for doing extra things, so it does kind of make sense to call them bonuses.
