Honestly, the lag is only coming from that world. I played custom world called Legacy Island III with Island Paradise features such as Houseboat, Resort and Diving Spot and the lag is nowhere to be found in the said world. Isla Paradiso was badly optimized and felt they were rushing and didnt playtest all the lot that they build so some sims always keep getting stuck and unroutable.
