Yeah, are you sure you don't have a mod that is allowing the double marriage? That's odd.
What I would have done, was kept Bella together with Mortimer, and let her carry on an affair with Malcolm on the side, since it seems like she wants him so bad anyway and has a child with Malcolm. Poor Emily must be in a dither!
