Movie Room & Games Room downstairs in basement
Art Studio in Bedroom #4
Music Room in combined master closet/utility/pwdr rooms
Later:
Stretch the dining room up/north to make it bigger and add room(s) to the left of it where rear porch is
Alternatively or in addition:
build a separate garage and use the existing garage for rooms
