Hidden Culture Traits

Is there any way to add one of the hidden culture traits to a sim, specifically the French Culture trait? I have a family in Sunset Valley and my intention is for them to be French, so if they could somehow obtain this trait that would be great.

    Traits, including hidden ones, can be added or removed using NRaas MasterController (MC Cheats module also required).

    NRaas > MC > (Sim) > Advanced > Traits > Change
