Hidden Springs ... The Abbott House

The Abbott house in Hidden Springs is an excellent example of wasted space.

I like the grand stairway ... But this is a new century ... Time to get more bang for your buck.
If you find that a Quarter of your house is a stairway ... And you are forced to live in dinky rooms ... Shoot the builder.





You don't need two 12 foot hallways to get to a door on either side of a dinky bathroom hidden behind the stairs.
Make the bathroom bigger ... Accessible from three different main rooms ... And better use the space available.



You can even keep a "grand entry" ... And a nice landing on the second floor ... Without a lot of wasted space.



Same goes for the property value and utilizing the view ... Lord knows how much a Sim would pay for that lot ... Get your money's worth.



First off ... I mentioned the view.
Typically, if you have a great view then you want to see it ... Put some windows in that sucker.
