Save your simoleons, don't add all the high-end appliances and major house expansions or you'll go broke, won't be able to pay the bills, will lose the stuff you bought to the Repo-man and will have to take out loans, which you'll probably forget to pay. :blush:
I make this mistake too often. lol
My sims are having an interesting start to their life.
But I guess some of the houses do need major upgrades if your sims are having little ones.
Also - Don't give your sims fertility treatments if you don't want twins or triplets lol. Not that I haven't followed that... twins are a fun challenge.
