Hindsight 20/20 - What Good Advice Were You Given and Ignored?

@rubyskywalker - I only give the fertility treatment to my male Sims. Funny, but true story in my games, males with this treatment seem to cheat (or even start serious relationships) a lot less than those without it; even those with the 'Family-Oriented' trait :D!

Totally agree about the cost of upgrading my Sims home, it is crazy expensive even when they reach level 10 handiness skill and get the discount! Plus, the sudden jump in the weekly bills put quite the stress on the household (unless extremely wealthy).
