Totally agree about the cost of upgrading my Sims home, it is crazy expensive even when they reach level 10 handiness skill and get the discount! Plus, the sudden jump in the weekly bills put quite the stress on the household (unless extremely wealthy).
I didn't know about the level 10 handiness thing :open_mouth:
