You can buy the “no bills ever” lifetime reward for 15,000 lifetime happiness points.

I didn’t use mods for a long time, mainly because I didn’t trust myself to install them properly. I’d tried installing a couple but hadn’t done it properly. Now, having looked it all up, I have several NRAAS ones installed. They’re pretty useful.
