@hellokitty1496 - I hate to lose anything associated with my game, whether it's progress or Sims who have corrupted. I can't imagine losing my back-ups of these things due to something which I wasn't aware could happen. Personally, I don't store things online because of the uncertainty that they'll be there (or in the condition I have uploaded them in) when I need to download them again. I'm sorry you have lost your families and lots; but I hope 'in hindsight', the experience has lead you to create a much better back-up system for your work.
