It is so special that the three of you are working together on the one build! :) It will be a very special bulld! It is nice that there will also be three versions of the exterior sidings. The design of the shell looks so very nice! The layout of the home looks very nice! Very nice roofing! The balconies look great! It is nice that there are split levels in the interior.
