House build request

I think I have now got some new ideas from @soocoolsim house. I need to do something with that monstrosity I built for my sims in Dragon Valley. I like the idea of the central courtyard. They whole Bauhaus look is great too but I don't think it'll blend very well in Dragon Valley but I definitely have something to give me some hope I might do something interesting with it after all. Once I reduce the number of Sims in it. I think around 20+ bedrooms to be a little excessive for Sims 3. :s
