Household inventory

Let's assume I put all my sims' furniture into the household inventory, then save the household to the bin and place them in another world, does it save the household inventory with them? I want my household to move into another town along with their furniture, but can't use the in-game feature for moving across neighborhoods because I need to move multiple families at the same time (Porter mod doesn't work, it just crashes everytime I try to pack a household).
