I play in Sunset Valley exclusively right now and I've been getting pop up saying that there's no available Lots for my sins that had moved out in their price range. So I was wondering how to fix this...

I only allow the townies to have 1 or 2 kids in most of my towns with my SP settings. I manually evict those who really don't factor into my stories as friends of my sims as well if the town gets too large in population. I'd much rather have active townies in the background hanging out and enjoying the town, then only my family in town and I can manage things just fine with the eviction or even heaven forbid....annihilation. :lol:
