How do I make bars/clubs stay open all night?

Yeah, you can change any lot type (for example you could change a bar or lounge to a Hangout or Local Watering Hole, then they won't have hours).
The problem with this is that the Late Night lots are the only ones that spawn mixologists and bouncers to work all the bars and doors.
I don't know of any ways to change the hours without changing the lot type.

You could always use a mod.

I put a pro-bar in my laundromat. You can go do your laundry any time, but the bartender only shows up during certain hours and you can only buy a couple of drinks.

I always put a pro-bar in my fitness clubs. The bartenders make protein shakes and autumn salad for your sims. :D

I had a bachelorette party at the Grind and they let us stay and party afterhours til 6 am. Then they finally kicked us out saying they had to clean up. :D Epic night, lol.

Are you sure? I've made plenty of lots that weren't clubs/bars and had a bar in them and it worked fine. Same with bouncers :) It's the "hotspot" feature that won't count.

I played in a world once that had a bar in the art gallery area. That was pretty cool. It was open 24/7 but of course the bar was only open for a few hours.

if you ctrl+shift click the pro or dive bar in build/buy mode it gives you the option now to set the shifts for it. been that way since IP apparently.
