How do I make bars/clubs stay open all night?

IP adds the options on LN bars to hire a resort worker and assign standard resort worker shifts to the bar object (that is, Day, Night, Graveyard). You can do that on a resort by either clicking on the bar or CTRL+SHIFT clicking on the bar in build/buy mode (this also works for the pool bar, check-in desk, and snack stand). This functionality also shows up if you CTRL+SHIFT click on the bar on other lot assignments. It obviously wasn't intended to be used to set or alter hours on LN bar and lounge venues. I've never tried it on an actual LN bar/lounge lot assignment so I don't know if those settings would override the hours set by the lot assignment. You'd have to try it and see. You might get the venue closing per the lot assignment but the bartender tending the bar during off hours. In other words, setting hours for which the bartender tends the bar might not affect the venue hours, which the OP is asking about.

I wouldn't set bars open 24 hrs anyways (or even 23). There have been posts on NRaas suggesting that game issues with aging up bartenders can be due to them not having enough time off to hibernate properly off-world to age transition. I use Shimrod's 23 hr bars mod but have modified it to close them earlier. IIRC, in creating his mod Shimrod couldn't keep the bars open 24 hrs because that interfered with how the game chooses the day's hotspot. Resorts are never hotspots so keeping a LN bar manned for 24 hrs isn't an issue (and the game seems to rotate them around on it's own so stuck aging with resort workers hasn't been an issue I've come across).
