How do you manage your sims' outfits?

I generally have one outfit each for: everyday, formal, sleepwear, sports, swimming, career...plus a few other added from skills (martial arts), university grad outfit...

I generally tend to change outfits when I get bored of seeing my sims in the same outfit...which becomes really quite monotonous if you're playing an EPIC lifespan. :D
